1/1/2013, I know it may sound like a cliche to write this post, now that everybody has already written about 2013. But No, for me I will write about my view towards this year and what it resembles to me.

2012, I don’t want to sounds like a movie title, but oh actually it is, a movie that made a hit in the box office and it made a lot of people believe in that alleged “End of the world” thing, and quite frankly I was very optimistic about it, end of the world, sounds adventurous.

What Happened in 2012?

So, 2012, it was a big year for me. A transitional year, if you might say. First of all, I graduated from university – eventually – after 5 years of total suffering, but I have to admit these 5 years were the best I’ve ever had so far, and I wouldn’t change a thing when I invent the time traveling machine and go back to them.

Then I moved to UAE, and I started a new life, with new work, and new responsibilities and new friends and, and, and … But I guess I got over this and now I’m – as it is said – on the safe shore having a stable nice life that I enjoy. And although I still can’t get along with this country, and actually see what the people around here find beautiful, astonishing and amazing, yet I’m living day by day, trying to be happy and satisfied with what I have.

In this year I discovered how much I love to learn new things (I wish I discovered that when I was still studying!! ), and now I’m pretty much sunk deep into science, math and philosophy, which are three things I love most in this life.

This year also, I bought a car, a beautiful 2013 Chevy Camaro LZ1, just kidding, it’s a 2013 and it’s a Chevy but just a Chevy Cruze LT, in which I fallen in love the first time I saw it standing there with all it’s elegance and beauty in the showing room. What a machine!! <– (This quoted from the amazing Jeremy Clarkson). And as far as I can say I’ve never been happier with something I own more than I’m happy with my Chevy.

2012, also was the year that I started practicing my love for photography, using my Nikon D3100, yet still haven’t given photography the time that it should take in my life. But I guess it’s not a big deal knowing that the world didn’t end and maybe I still have 30 years or so live.

On the other hand, the universe has to balance the good with the bad. So, 2012 had it’s share of bad things for me as expected, but as I always say, let’s look at the bright side, Right?

What are my plans for 2013?

Well, Let’s see..

1- I definitely have to Learn French this year.

2- I will plan my time precisely to Read More Books, so I can fulfill my dream of reading 50 books a year. I will try my best to accomplish that.

3- I will learn as much as I can about String Theory and Quantum Physics

4- I will start keeping a diary.

5- I will follow a program that I made and it’s called: “30 days to a better man”, and I’m definitely gonna blog about that.

6 -Speaking of blogging, I will get back to blogging more often than I used to in 2012.

And So I wish everyone reading this a happy new year, and I wish you an astonishing year ahead.
